Summer Institute Community Connections
Celebrate our birthday throughout the week and connect with members of the play therapy community in various activities during our 2023 Summer Institute. This year our Summer Institute provides an opportunity to build connections through a community coloring poster, clinic tours of our newly designed multicultural playrooms, yoga/stretching breaks, and more! Daily special events include:
- Monday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- International Participants Happy Hour: For our international participants we are inviting you to connect with other international participants. Come connect with play therapists from around the world!

- Sandtray Happy Hour: Make your own cork tree miniatures to add to your collection or keep as a summer institute memory

- CPT Birthday Party: Celebrate our 35th birthday with cake, games, music, pictures, and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Spend the evening with founder of the Center for Play Therapy, Dr. Garry Landreth, and co-directors of the Center for Play Therapy, Dr. Dee Ray and Dr. Leslie Jones.
