Student Enrollment Verification:

All registrants requesting student rates (both UNT and non-UNT student rates) must show proof of full-time student status and current enrollment as a student. Students must use their school email address when registering for the conference. Students who fit this criterion may email a copy of their unofficial transcript or a letter confirming their currently enrolled student status to CPT at cpt@unt.edu.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation refund requests should be submitted to CPT in writing. The registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded only if the request is postmarked by June 1, 2026. CPT reserves the right to cancel this conference in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If such occurs, CPT will attempt to notify registrants prior to the conference and refund all registration, workshop, and continuing education fees. In all instances, the liability of CPT is limited to refunding such fees. Furthermore, CPT reserves the right to move the training to an online format.
